EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We appreciate your business and are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for returns within five days of delivery, provided goods are in original condition.

To initiate an exchange please contact girlovesdog@gmail.com to receive further instructions. All exchanges are subject to inspection and quality control before the merchandise credit is issued. If products are deemed damaged, worn or compromised, girlovesdog will refuse the exchange and the item will be shipped back to the customer. Any item that undergoes customization or alteration is a final sale.

Please be aware that, as a small company, our policy is that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
